2.1 Basic User Data Collection
When you complete your Felha account registration through your Apple ID and explicitly grant authorization, our platform will collect essential profile information, including your customized nickname and user avatar, via the built-in registration form.
Our application integrates Tencent Cloud Instant Messaging (IM) to sustain stable real-time communication features. Basic profile data such as your nickname and avatar will be synchronously collected to support normal message-sending and social interaction functions.
We will never utilize your collected personal data for commercial marketing activities without obtaining your explicit separate consent. This restriction does not apply whenever information disclosure is legally required by governmental authorities, regulatory policies, or applicable statutes.
Users shall bear sole accountability for all disputes, operational risks, and negative consequences arising from voluntarily submitting inaccurate or false personal information during registration.
2.2 Device Permission Authorization
Our application only requests minimum necessary device permissions to deliver core user experiences. You retain full authority to approve or deny each permission request and may adjust your authorization preferences anytime within your iPhone system settings:
- Network Access Permission: A fundamental permission required to establish network connections, synchronize user data, enable instant messaging, and load in-app content. Disabling this permission will restrict your access to all services within Felha.
- Camera & Photo Library Permission: This permission is solely reserved for avatar replacement and uploading. You may deny this authorization at any time; refusal will only disable the avatar uploading function without interfering with other core application features.
- Microphone Permission: This permission is exclusively used for voice interaction within in-app multiplayer mini-games. You may deny this authorization at any time; refusal will only disable voice functions in mini-games and will not interfere with other core application features.
Under no circumstances will we activate authorized permissions without user awareness, nor secretly collect irrelevant local files, images, or audio records from your mobile devices.
3. Data Usage Guidelines & Third-Party Collaboration
3.1 Principles of Data Utilization
The personal information we collect is primarily used to deliver standardized in-app services, optimize existing functional modules, and develop new interactive features to enhance user experience.
Felha maintains strict data confidentiality protocols. We will never disclose, share, or distribute your private data to the public, affiliated subsidiaries, or external third parties unless we obtain your written approval or such disclosure is specified within this statement.
We only cooperate with legally compliant third-party service providers and refuse to share user private data for advertising or commercial promotion purposes. If data sharing is indispensable to complete requested services, we only provide the smallest set of necessary data and sign binding confidentiality agreements with all partners to enforce strict data protection and prohibit unauthorized data exploitation.
All user communication records and chat-related data are processed and stored by Tencent Cloud. We have formally signed comprehensive data processing contracts to ensure our third-party partners protect user information in strict accordance with Felha's privacy protection standards.

- Separate explicit authorization has been acquired from the user;
- Disclosure is compelled by national laws, judicial procedures, or official regulatory institutions;

Tencent Cloud Instant Messaging (IM): Powers all real-time social features including text chatting, voice messaging, and image transmission. We only supply functional essential data and never share sensitive user information; no advertisement-oriented SDKs are integrated inside our application.
SUD Game Service: Provides technical support for in-app interactive mini-games and multiplayer social game rooms.

4. Data Security, Storage & User Rights
4.1 Security Protection Measures
Felha implements hierarchical data management systems paired with industry-standard security technologies, including end-to-end data encryption and segmented access permission isolation. These multi-layered defense mechanisms effectively mitigate potential risks such as information leakage, data loss, unauthorized misuse, and malicious data tampering.
4.2 Data Storage & Cross-Border Transmission
All user-generated data within Felha is securely hosted on compliant Tencent Cloud data nodes located in Singapore. No Google servers are involved throughout the entire data storage and computing process. Given the differences in data protection legislation across regions, your continued use of our services constitutes your consent to lawful cross-border data transmission.
For all cross-border data transfers, we adopt standardized protective measures including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), advanced data encryption technology, graded access control, and data minimization principles. If local regional laws mandate additional user authorization for cross-border activities, we will obtain your separate consent before executing any data transfer.
4.3 Account Management Regulations
Users are forbidden from selling, renting, loaning, or transferring registered Felha accounts to any external parties. Please contact our official customer support team immediately if you detect unauthorized account access or abnormal login behavior. Felha shall not be held accountable for account breaches caused by external cyberattacks, improper user operations, or unavoidable force majeure events.
You may permanently delete your personal information by deactivating your account through the "Settings" page inside the application. After account termination, we will erase or anonymize all your personal data within the shortest period required by applicable laws, except for data that regulatory authorities and relevant statutes compel us to retain.
4.4 Data Retention Cycle
Adhering to the data minimization principle, we set differentiated data retention cycles based on service scenarios and global regulatory requirements. Expired data will be uniformly deleted, anonymized, or de-identified upon cycle expiration:
- Text chat records: Retained for 30 days by default;
- Images, voice messages and other multimedia files: Retained for 7 to 30 days;
- Security audit and system logs: Retained for 6 months to 1 year;
- Basic account information: Preserved during the account valid period and completely wiped after deactivation.
We reserve the right to dynamically adjust retention rules to align with updated local legal regulations.
4.5 Authorization Withdrawal Mechanism
You possess the right to withdraw previously granted device permissions and data collection authorizations at any time. Permission management can be completed directly via your iPhone system settings or by submitting a request to our customer service team. Withdrawing authorization will disable corresponding specialized functions but will not affect basic application access. Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful data processing activities completed prior to your revocation request.
5. Specialized Protection for Minor Users
- Felha restricts full platform access exclusively to users aged 13 and older. Individuals under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from registering, logging in, or utilizing our services, and we will never actively collect personal information belonging to underage minors.
- If we identify that an account is operated by an underage user or accidentally obtain minor-related data, we will immediately restrict or permanently ban the targeted account and completely eliminate all associated minor information from our servers.
- If you are a legal guardian and discover unauthorized minor usage of Felha or improper collection of minor data by our platform, please contact us via our official email. We will conduct urgent investigations and resolve related issues in a timely manner.
6. Minor Safety Management Specifications
6.1 Policy Objectives
This supplementary specification is an integral component of Felha's overall privacy protection system. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward all behaviors and content that harm or exploit minors under the age of 13, including child sexual exploitation, physical abuse, psychological coercion, and other harmful violations. We reserve the right to sanction violating accounts and pursue corresponding legal remedies against rule-breakers.
6.2 Age Access Requirements
- Only users who have reached their 13th birthday are eligible to register and unlock all functional modules of Felha.
- Any form of age falsification to bypass platform access restrictions is regarded as a serious violation; offenders' accounts will be suspended or permanently terminated.
- Individuals under 13 years old are prohibited from account registration and login. Our application contains no recharge entries or in-app purchase functions and never provides payment-related services to any user group.
6.3 Prohibited Behaviors on Platform
We adopt a 24/7 dual-inspection system combining intelligent risk control algorithms and manual reviews. Circumventing our review system through technical means is strictly forbidden. The following behaviors are prohibited across the entire platform:
- Sexualizing minor images or participating in any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation;
- Creating, publishing, or disseminating texts, images, audio, and videos related to child sexual harm and exploitation;
- Initiating pornographic discussions targeting minors, conducting vulgar role-play activities, or displaying sexually suggestive clothing toward underage users;
- Producing and distributing nude or sexualized minor content through hand-drawn illustrations, animated works, or real-shot footage;
- Inducing, coercing, or encouraging minors to participate in dangerous activities that threaten physical and mental health;
- Implementing verbal insults, intimidation, and physical violence against minor users;
- Inflicting psychological harm, malicious manipulation, and mental coercion on underage individuals;
- Promoting, describing, or abetting the abandonment, abduction, and human trafficking of minors;
- Registering and managing platform accounts on behalf of minors without official authorization;
- Falsifying personal age information to evade platform age restrictions.
6.4 Guardian Responsibilities
Since our application contains no paid functions, there exists no unauthorized consumption risk for minors. Legal guardians should supervise minors' internet behavior. Felha shall not bear legal liability for all disputes and losses arising from unauthorized minor use of our platform.
6.5 Violation Reporting & Penalty Mechanism

- Any person with criminal convictions related to child sexual assault, physical abuse, abandonment, or child trafficking is permanently banned from using Felha.
- Users who violate our minor safety specifications will face punitive measures including feature restrictions, account freezing, device blacklisting, and permanent account termination. We will actively cooperate with public security and judicial authorities for severe illegal violations.

We conduct ongoing user safety education by displaying our complete minor safety specifications at prominent in-app positions and pushing pop-up safety reminders during content publication to prevent potential violations and safety risks.

7. Intellectual Property Protection Terms
- All original content published within Felha, including but not limited to written text, pictures, audio clips, and video materials, is protected by international intellectual property laws. No user may copy, distribute, reprocess, or modify copyrighted content without prior written approval from Felha's official team.
- If you believe any in-app content infringes your copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a signed infringement notice to our designated authorized agent.
- The infringement notice must clearly specify the allegedly infringing content, its exact location inside the application, and your official removal request.
- Complainants are required to provide complete contact information and declare that they are either the legitimate rights owner or an officially authorized representative, while acknowledging legal liabilities for false reports.
- Complainants shall bear full compensation liability for all economic losses and reputational damages suffered by Felha caused by false or inaccurate infringement claims.

8. General Supplementary Clauses

- Statement Revision & Effectiveness: Felha reserves the right to revise this privacy statement to adapt to legal updates and business adjustments. Revised clauses shall take effect 7 calendar days after official publication. Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised statement.
